Initial Contact
From your first call to us we consider you part of our family. Our staff will gather your information and explain the Construction Process.
Consultation and Planning Consultation
In order for our process to work properly we take more time in the beginning than most other contractors to ensure we get the job right and your dream comes to life.
One of the key components in our process is performing an onsite consultation at the project location, this consultation with one of our construction professionals will discuss your project in detail. This meeting will consists of these items and more.
1. Project scope of work.
2. Construction inspection of purposed project area.
3. Ensuring the project can be completed properly and to meet code requirements.
4. Budgeting
5. Design and product needs.
This consultation cost $60 and is credited towards the project budget.
Design Process
We have our own in house designers that work with our clients. Our designers can help with the entire project or just as needed to help your project come to life.

Pre Construction
Before construction begins our construction manager will meet with our clients to review the final plans and project schedule. Our construction managers will work with our crews and subcontractors to ensure craftsmanship and Scheduling. Our Construction Manager will provide an initial project schedule during the final plan review with our client. That schedule will be updated weekly and reviewed with our clients.
Construction Process
Our clients will be updated on work on a daily or weekly basis by their construction manager. The client will be provided with project photos and subcontractor information on who will be in your home as well as when. Our staff and subcontractors are insured and background checked to provide our clients piece of mind. Some projects will be given a dedicated site portal for the clients to see the project progress and any changes to scheduling and budgets.
Project Completion
Our design and construction team will meet with clients to review the project and ensure the clients expectations were exceeded.
