The site review is where the project stops being an idea and becomes a real construction scope. We look at dimensions, access, existing conditions, code considerations, product direction and the work needed to build the project correctly.
We define the work and major selections so the price reflects the actual project. For remodeling work, this is also where layout and product decisions are coordinated with the construction plan.
Before construction begins, the team reviews final scope, schedule, selections and site logistics. This reduces avoidable confusion once work starts.
We coordinate crews and trades, manage the work sequence and keep homeowners informed as the project progresses. When something in the field changes the plan, it gets discussed instead of quietly buried behind a wall.
At completion, we review the finished project together and address remaining closeout items.
